Questions
The things people usually ask first
Do I need to understand WordPress?
No. WordPress is the engine underneath, and it is my job to know how it works — not yours. You can log in and change your own text and photos if you want to. Plenty of my customers never do, and that is completely fine.
What happens if my site breaks?
You email me. I look at it, fix it, and tell you in plain language what happened. If a change caused the problem we roll back to the last good backup — usually within the hour. You will never be left guessing whether anyone is on it.
Can I still change things myself?
Yes. You keep editor access, and I will record a short personal walkthrough of your own site so you can see where everything is. Small changes you would rather not do yourself are included in your plan — just send them over.
What if I want to move somewhere else?
Then you move. Your domain, your content and your email list are yours, and I will hand over a full export and help with the transfer. I would rather earn your business every month than trap you in it.
How long does it take to get started?
A new site usually goes live one to two weeks after we have talked. Moving an existing site takes an afternoon — we set it up on a temporary address, check every page, then switch over when you say so.
